What to do if you change your mind?

Have you changed your mind? Does the product not meet your expectations?

It has a period of fourteen (14) calendar days to exercise its right of withdrawal upon receipt of the products

 

Return policies of VITAMINAS CLB

Occasionally, it is possible that stocks of a commissioned product have been used up. We will notify you by email and refund the corresponding amount within a maximum period of fourteen (14) days from the notification of unavailability of the product. The reimbursement will be made by reverse operation through the payment method used when making the original purchase.

The VITAMINAS CLB return policy allows you to return the products in case you are not satisfied with your purchase up to 30 days from the date of receipt of the product.

Products must be returned in the same state in which you received them. Therefore, new products must be returned new, unused and complete.

The following products cannot be returned except in case of defective products:

Handmade products such as rosettes or openwork that cannot be bent or stained.

Note: If the reason for the return of the product is not due to the fact that it was damaged, defective or incorrect, we will not refund the amount of the shipping costs or any other service related to your order; We will only refund the amount of the product. If you use a return label with paid postage, we will deduct shipping costs from the total refund amount.

Once the return request has been registered, you must submit your product within a maximum period of fourteen (14) calendar days.

This return policy does not affect your legal customer rights.

Note: Please note that, as stated in our return policy, the returned product must be in the same state in which you received it. This means that products must be returned in exactly the same conditions as they were received from VITAMINASCLB.COM. The amount of refunds for returned products that are not received in this state could be reduced.


Defective or damaged products

Product damaged during shipping

All our products are handmade and made by artisanal teachers who live on the island. These products are perfectly protected

If you receive a damaged product during its shipment, visit our Return Center to return it within 30 days from the date of receipt of the order or contact our our Customer Service.

Note: For defective or damaged products, purchased from third-party sellers on the VITAMINACLB  Marketplace that have been sent by the seller, please contact the seller. Do not return these products directly to VITAMINACLB.

 

How can you return a product?

Download the product return form from our website.

Send us an email to calidad@casa-balcones.com with the completed return form and a photo of the product.

For the return of the product or the exercise of withdrawal, it must be done through conventional postal postage.

The Quality Department will contact you to provide proof of return on the package.

Prepare your package by placing the items in their original packaging or, if you do not have an adapted packaging (see below how to pack your product), enter the return form inside and the return receipt on the package (the voucher must not in no case be placed on the product).

In the case of returns of non-conforming or defective products, the partner must fill in a declaration of nonconformity. Upon receipt of the order in our warehouses, if it is proven that the reason for return is false, a penalty of six (6) euros will be deducted from the refund.

If the partner, when placing the order, has selected the option “Home Delivery, by appointment, in your apartment, for two distributors”, the amount of the return will amount to 120 euros that will be debited only once the refund is made upon receipt of the order in our facilities. In no case will the customer have to pay the cost of the return to the carrier.

If the member has selected the option “Home Delivery by our carrier, in front of the door of your building or your house”, the amount of the return will amount to 60 euros that will be debited only once the refund is made upon receipt of the Order in our facilities. In no case will the customer have to pay the cost of the return to the carrier.

Once the return request has been registered, you must submit your product within a maximum period of fourteen (14) calendar days.

If you have subscribed a service on our website and that by your express request you have begun to benefit from it before the expiration of the withdrawal period, you can still enjoy your right of withdrawal. However, we will keep the amount corresponding to the service used until the moment of your withdrawal decision.

 

How to pack your product to return it?

It is important that the products you return to us are properly packaged so that they are not damaged during transport. To do this, be sure to protect them correctly, if possible in their original packaging.

 

The products must not have been used nor should there be clear indications of prolonged use beyond the time required to test them. They must be complete and accompanied by all the accessories they possess, without any signs of deterioration, damage or dirt.

Those packages whose sender is not identified (name, surname, address, order number) will not be accepted.

 

How much does the return cost?

The return costs will be your responsibility and you will pay the return costs directly to the carrier of your choice.
